About NSW CPD Points

In the 2025-26 CPD year (1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026), licensed agents must complete all compulsory topics relevant to their licence category and area of practice.

Real Estate Agents (Residential Salespersons, Residential Property Managers and Buyers Agents) must complete a minimum of 7 hours of interactive training.

Class 1 licence holders will be required to attend a NSW Fair Trading accredited forum in addition to their core hours. If you can’t attend NSW Fair Trading’s sessions, Class 1 Agents can meet their 5-hour accredited session requirement through select approved CPD providers that may incur a fee.
